In a small Wyoming town where a Montgomery and Dancer are more likely to hate than love, star-crossed lovers Jessie Montgomery and Alex “Spirit” Dancer are torn between their feelings and their families.  Bonded for life by a mystical power of love they are tempted by each other, but terrified by the repercussions of being together.  Jessie and Spirit are forced to hide just how close they are.  Although their amazing ability to love, along with an uncanny psychic gift, has brought them together, Jessie’s and Spirit’s past may again force them apart.  When danger threatens Jessie’s life,  only Spirit and the gift that they share may save her.
