Because you did that you found out more about your characters. You LIKE them. And great, I've seen comments too, not about sex, but about wanting to know more about how their relationship truly ends up. Erotic romance is not just about sex, it's about sex AND a relationship. Not everyone gets a "happily-ever-after" immediately.
